I do not normally write reviews but when I contacted NewPro Cabinet Refacing I spoke with the owner Walt Taormina, and he was very polite and knowledgeable, and I was impressed that he showed up exactly on time, and has the necessary insurance that my building requires, and his installer was very polite, and very skilled as a carpenter. The soft close drawers are delightful, and I love my new modern sink with cutting board and other gadgets. You can trust Walt and his staff, they deliver as promised at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Walt was fabulous to work with. He saved me a lot of money by just replacing some damaged cabinet doors and because of him I did not have to reface the whole kitchen. I am now planning a bathroom project with him. I value that he wants to be sure that I am happy with anything he does.
V ery professional, on time and fast
I went to eat at Chipotle and I saw a NewPro Cabinet service truck int he parking lot. I have been trying to find ways to turn my brown kitchen into white in an affordable way. I phoned the number and spoke to Walt Taormina. Walt came out and gave me a reasonable quote. I was relieved because I got a $3,000 quote from a company that was going to paint everything. Walt and Jose resurfaced my cabinets in the clean modern way I wanted. My townhome has a white theme and I needed to get rid of the brown look. I snapped a photo but I will be adding a microwave shelf above the sink. The overall look of my kitchen is clean and modern now.

They were very professional, they did the work as quickly as they could, they were up to date on the date they gave me. Their materials seem like very high quality and they were gentleman! I highly recommend them, they were neat, clean up after and if I could I would give them a 10 stars, I would. Their quality of work was excellent.

We had a unique cabinet refacing job in our garage (not kitchen) that no one wanted to address. Walt showed up and immediately was engaged in creating a solution for our project. He came up with a cost-effective solution and had new doors made to create a clean nice new look. They did not even take a deposit so there was no trust issue found in many FL contractors. He trusted us and delivered a professional product in a timely manner. The installation was quick and looks better than expected. Any construction debris was broom cleaned and we highly recommend Walt and NewPro Cabinet Refacing . Make the call for your project to get different solutions at cost-effective pricing. Lastly, I am merely a satisfied customer with no ties to Walt or NewPro.

Newpro did an excellent job of painting. Also took care of many details that needed attention such as grills, plugs, fans etc. Walt and his team took care of everything as I wasnâ t even there. They provided beautiful cabinet refacing, granite counter top, a gorgeous new stainless steel sink complete with a drying / draining area, a beautiful new faucet with a built in sprayer, and garbage disposal. The owner Walt was very imaginative and added on many high end features (such as built in soap dispenser, hand soap dispenser, and garbage disposal. He also suggested and provided a high end pop up device to charge phone and provide extra electrical outlets; I was THRILLED with his suggestions, work, and speedy accomplishments. It was almost unbelievable to see such work accomplished while other companies simply told you what they could not do because of supply chain problems and pandemic issues. Walt always said ?I CAN? to other company?s ?I Can?t.? Walt and his craftsman like Jose turned my ugly kitchen into a work of beauty that I am proud to show off. They displayed outstanding workmanship. Regarding communication, I could ALWAYS get in touch with Walt, whether by text, email. Or phone. He was very responsive to all forms of communication I am constantly receiving compliments about my ?new? kitchen remodeled by Walt and his company New Pro Cabinet Refacing. Whatever the problem, Walt said it was not a problem. He focused on the solution. He actually completed the kitchen remodel well ahead of schedule. We had our cabinets refaced in the kitchen and 4 bathrooms, had sliding drawers put in the cabinet pantry, reframed a bathroom mirror, replaced the kitchen granite with quartz, installed a new backsplash and replaced the kitchen sink. Walt and Jose did a great job. They are both very helpful with recommendations / helping me make decisions if needed and they are very meticulous with their work and the details. It is very evident when you start to work with NewPro Remodeling that they know the business very well and are willing to help you get the look you want. I had a refrigerator delivered but the cabinet in the kitchen was too low not allowing it to fit. I found Walt on home advisor and told him of the problem. He came over the next day looked over the job and took some measurements. He showed up the following day with his assistant, set up the saw equipment outside, removed the cabinet and trimmed it down. After he reinstalled the box and pushed the refrigerator back in, not only did it fit in perfectly but you could never tell the cabinet was trimmed. My wife and I could not believe how well of a job Walt did. He was truly a godsend.

Mrs. W, As much as I try my hardest to earn 5 stars and stellar reviews on EVERY job, every couple of years I get a 4 star review. Even though you had a very small job you told me many would not even take, I saw it as another opportunity to “show off” what we do, and why NewPro is the right choice for refacing an entire kitchen, or like in your case just one little bath vanity. President Obama’s legislation to limit faucet water pressure to only 1.2 gallons/minute, well, frankly, it’s not like the powerful 1.8 or 2.2 gpm of years ago, and I did offer to change out (with free labor) to a higher end faucet from Ferguson, but you said it was out of budget. At the end of the day California droughts “forced” a nationwide change in faucet water pressure which is totally out of my control, I am completely confused as to your claim of me being rude, I ALWAYS maintain a professional attitude to all and I now have a new policy where the customer buys their own faucet which takes me out of the loop regarding government legislation, and with 4.76 STARS on H.A. to date, and 98% of jobs giving 5 STARS, we will continue to do amazing work at a fair price for homeowners in Palm Beach Co. Walt and Jose are very professional. Our availability was limited and they worked with our schedule to get the job completed on a Friday and Saturday. Jose is a very skilled and hard worker. He even built a new cabinet, moved an outlet, and installed a microwave above the stove. They do the entire job. So there was no need to hire multiple people to complete the job. Walt even followed up with me on the project several times. This in itself is not amazing, but considering he called hours after having major back surgery is more than amazing. The completed project is amazing and the price was great. I would recommend them (and have) to anyone looking to have their kitchen cabinets remodeled.

Walt and his master carpenter Jose provided excellent customer service. They worked on the mistakes of a previous Kitchen contractor and completed the work quickly with top notch results. We hired New Pro Remodeling Group, headed by Walt Taormina to redo our kitchen, as well as create special shelving in our study and refurbish and update our bedroom dresser which was old but we wanted to keep. Walt and his crew surpassed our expectations on all counts. To begin with he brought the job in on the estimate, and exactly on time. Walt takes great pride in his work and it shows. He is meticulous and pays great attention to the details. Like all jobs ours had problem areas that required creative solutions, which Walt and his crew took relish in solving and did solve in every case. received 3 estimates, he was middle but I was impressed with quality of doors and hardware, no deposit required payment in full by visa when completed. had slight problem after which needed restrictor on a couple of doors, fixed immediately. Job was done with perfection and makes me smile every time I walk into my kitchen. would recommend Walt. AWESOME JOB.

This company did more work at a lesser price than anyone else I interviewed. Creative concepts with good suggestions for improvements. UPDATE 3/14/2019: They did my kitchen remodeling project a year ago and a few days ago the kitchen sink partially came unglued. They sent someone out the same day to fix it. At no charge! I call that great customer service and standing behind their work.

Hired this company they called about an hour or less once I posted my job to install patio screen door. Professional quality workmanship, installer very pleasant, work during the rain to accomplish the project, modified the door to fit properly since Home Depot sold us the wrong one and could not install the door. Mike was on time always and I very satisfied with the workmanship. Highly recommend this company for various jobs. I have a few projects in mind to do. Very happy with the service and workmanship

Walt is definitely a contractor with integrity. He spotted a flaw in the finished work that was no big deal to us/barely noticed and we didn’t feel the need to address it but he saw it himself and insisted on fixing it. WHERE on earth did he come from? WHO does that in this day and age. HONEST guy! He had NO PROBLEM working within our budget. We met with 3 other contractors. He was the most reasonable and he is just a hell of a nice guy. Refacing was done Beautifully. He and his Craftsman completed the job in the timeline he gave us. We were very happy with the finished product and did not accept his offer to fix what his trained eye was not happy with. HIRE this guy! You won’t regret it. Pat and Al Yonick

I was really impressed with this company Walt the owner showed up on time he answered text messages phone calls and his installer was excellent and his price was several thousand dollars blow other quotes that I had. and I was amazed that he took no deposit and they did great work and they were in and out fast it was only a three day job including the countertops I could not be more pleased I highly recommend him I believe you can trust him and he will make your kitchen brand new! Will defiantly refer to to anyone! ??
